This step will allow you to include in a webinar facilitators or experts that are not part of your company. This process of creating such participants can only be done from this section if you have not yet integrated SSO with Buk.
If you have already activated the integration with Buk via SSO, please contact your Buk administrator to request the creation of a tab for an external facilitator.
This user will not have a license and will only be able to see the activities to which they have been assigned to.
When assigning this user to a webinar, they will receive an email containing a direct link to the content. The email will include the instructions and credentials required for them to access the webinar.
To add this type of user you must go to: Data center > Users > Add new > Profile > Role
Once you have filled in all the user data and finished selecting the role and data, click on Create and Edit.
The user will receive an email indicating that they can change their password
