This article is dedicated to all Buk clients so that they can adjust and update data on their company name variables to adjust certain fields in relation to their processes, agreements and industry nature.
Legal Support and Applications:
From time to time, a company may change its mutual insurance company, join a compensation fund or change its contribution rates concerning the mutual association. Therefore, we will explain how you can make these edits from the platform, providing you with the steps to do so. Buk is aligned with the requirements of regulatory entities. However, consider that it is important to collaborate with your legal or HR team to ensure that the implemented methodologies are perfectly aligned with the characteristics of your industry, processes, and specific needs.
Process:
To change the variables of a company, go to the "Administration" section (⚙️) within the "Companies" tab. There you will find all the registered corporate entities, with details such as the company name, ID, legal representative's name, logo, and an actions section.
Within this actions section, you will see three options: "Create variable", "Representatives" and "Edit". By selecting the "Create variable" option and clicking on the "Edit" button located at the bottom right of the screen, you will be able to make the changes you need.
Once ready, you can review the updates from the "Create variable" section. We recommend that you regenerate or process the period so that everything is perfectly up to date.
Country-specific considerations:
Chile:
Mexico:
In the company variables settings, you can change and adjust the Employer Registrations and define the ISR Adjustment Type. For the latter, you can only make changes during the first period of each month.
Colombia:
When editing your company's variables, you can change and define a new compensation fund, whether primary or secondary. Additionally, you can define your payment operator, such as Asopagos, ARUS, or SOI, and your Occupational Hazards institution.
Peru:
In the variables you will find the fields to edit the EPS, Vida Ley, SCTR Salud y Pensión, and their respective percentages. You can also define your bonus calculation method. Once ready, do not forget to click on "Update".
Brasil:
When editing the company variables, you will be able to modify the information related to the CNAE, the Lotação code, and the FAP.
